What is the Mark53-board?
The Mark53-board is an expert conference consisting of oncologists, tumour surgeons and biotechnologists, who recommend appropriate drugs for cancer treatment according to the Mark53-status (Mark53-findings).
What is the job of the Mark53-board?
The expertise of the Mark53-board ensures that all relevant and/or existing treatments – as well as the medical state of the patient – can be taken into account for the treatment recommendation. It is also ensured that the result of the Mark53®-analysis is interpreted correctly.
Data from all Mark53-patients are documented in the Mark53 register to ensure quality control.
ABOUT 
With the Mark53 analysis, our company is making available a precise p53 gene test, which – for the first time – establishes the prerequisites for a broad clinical application of this biomarker. For the question, as to which patient responds to a cancer therapy and which does not, is a crucial one! We wish to pave the way for an efficient cancer therapy and continue to guarantee research that is independent of the pharmaceutical industry.
